Welcome to SilverPDF (referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). This platform is fully owned, developed, and operated by SILVER MANAN, LLC, a legally registered Delaware limited liability company. These Terms of Service outline the legally binding rules and obligations governing your relationship with us as a user, subscriber, or visitor to the Platform.
By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any of our services (including PDF customization, analytics, and e-signatures), you fully and irrevocably agree to comply with and be bound by all the terms, policies, and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to register an account.
(a) Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials of your account and your password. Any actions executed through your registered account are legally deemed to have been executed by you.
(b) Cyber Intrusion Protection (Brute-Force Lock): To safeguard highly sensitive contract data and legal signatures, our platform employs an automated security shield. If an incorrect password is submitted for ten (10) consecutive attempts on any account, the targeted account will be automatically and immediately frozen and locked for sixty (60) minutes to prevent unauthorized access. The account cannot be unlocked prior to the expiration of this duration except via manual identity verification through our corporate security desk.
(a) Ownership of the Platform: All elements of SilverPDF, including but not limited to source code (PHP, JavaScript, HTML), user interface designs, layouts, graphics, database registries, digital signature compiler engines, workflow architectures, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive intellectual property of SILVER MANAN, LLC, and are legally protected under United States and international copyright, patent, and trademark laws.
(b) Prohibition of Copying and Reverse Engineering: You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, republishing, reverse engineering, decompile, or extracting the software layout, source code, or compiling mechanisms of SilverPDF without prior, explicit, written corporate authorization signed by the authorized manager of SILVER MANAN, LLC. Any violations will trigger immediate legal prosecution, civil liability claims, and copyright infringement actions internationally.
(c) User Content: You retain full ownership and copyright of the PDF contracts, proposals, and materials you upload to your dashboard. You grant SilverPDF a limited, technical, royalty-free license to host, parse, render, and compile these documents solely to execute the contract signing and downloading processes requested by you and your clients.
(a) Plans and Pricing: We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers. We reserve the right to modify subscription prices, features, or storage limits at any time, with appropriate advance notice to active subscribers.
(b) Secure Payment Processing: All commercial transactions are processed securely and encrypted via Stripe. SilverPDF does not process, store, or hold your credit card credentials on its local servers.
(c) Refund Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your settings panel. Due to the immediate deployment of cloud tools, document analytics, and PDF signing workflows upon subscription activation, all sales are non-refundable unless there is a verified platform error that prevents full utilization of the service, which we fail to rectify within 7 business days.
(a) Regulatory Compliance: The electronic signature framework utilized on SilverPDF is designed to fully comply with international electronic transactions regulations, including the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and the European Union eIDAS regulation. E-signatures captured via our system are legally binding and valid.
(b) Immutable Audit Trail: To ensure high security, every completed transaction generates a secure, cryptographic audit log containing the signer\'s verified IP address, precise timestamp (down to the second), web browser user agent, and platform details, compiled into the metadata of the final signed document.
(c) Professional Disclaimer: SilverPDF provides digital utilities and web technologies only. We are not a law firm, we do not draft legal advice, and we do not act as an escrow agent. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the legal enforceability of their contracts under local laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services of SilverPDF are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SILVER MANAN, LLC, its managers, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, corporate data, or business interruption) arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform. In no event shall our total aggregate financial liability exceed the total amount paid by you to the platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We treat the security and confidentiality of your documents and personal records as our absolute priority.
(a) Data Collection: We collect your email address, full name, IP addresses, browser specifications, and precise page view metrics to compile the legal audit trail and interactive document tracking, as well as billing receipts and bank wire proofs uploaded by users to verify manual transactions.
(b) Document Storage & Encryption: All PDF documents and uploaded manual payment receipts are stored on highly secure, enterprise-grade cloud servers. Documents and receipts are encrypted both in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Only individuals with direct authorization or transaction access can view these files, reserved for verification and ledger reconciliation.
(c) Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA): Users have the right to access, export, modify, or permanently delete all their records, uploaded documents, and account logs from our databases at any time.
This Agreement and all terms, conditions, and disputes arising out of your relationship with the Platform shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to this Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, USA.
